Structural divisions

Department of Economics, Finance and Administrative Affairs

Mission:

To strengthen the financial stability of the Center and ensure the effective management of administrative and operational processes in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Key Functions:

  • Maintaining accounting and tax records and preparing financial and other reports.
  • Budget planning, preparation of budget requests and development plans.
  • Organizing and overseeing public procurement procedures.
  • Ensuring the safekeeping of financial and material assets.
  • Managing internal document flow, maintaining archives, and registering official documents.
  • Supporting the Center’s financial and economic activities and participating in audit activities.
  • Supporting administrative processes, including the administration of employees’ labour and social rights.
